Honored to Join the Board of 2050 Climate Group — Empowering Young Leaders for a Sustainable Future

I’m thrilled to share that I’ve joined the board of 2050 Climate Group, a youth-led Scottish charity dedicated to empowering young people to take bold climate action.

2050 Climate Group works with young leaders between the ages of 18 and 35, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to become change-makers in their communities and industries. Through initiatives like their Young Leaders Development Programme (YLDP), they inspire climate leadership, promote sustainability education, and foster collaboration across sectors and countries. Their mission is simple but powerful: to make climate action accessible, inclusive, and youth-driven.

With this new role, I am excited to support the vision of nurturing the next generation of climate leaders, not just by contributing to strategic decision-making, but also by advocating for stronger climate conversations across industries, and helping build platforms for young voices to be heard on both local and global stages.

For me, climate leadership goes beyond policies; it’s about building resilient communities, creating innovative solutions, and empowering individuals to realize that they can make a difference. It’s an honor to be part of this movement, and I look forward to learning, contributing, and working alongside an inspiring team of passionate board members and young climate leaders.

This is more than just a board seat for me, it’s a call to action. A reminder that change happens when we collaborate, when we lead with purpose, and when we invest in the future.
Here’s to bold action, courageous leadership, and a better tomorrow.
